I just wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent service your team provided on Sunday.  The bounce castle was spotlessly clean, and your set up & take down crew were kind, quick and polite. My daughter had the time of her life in that little castle and you absolutely made her whole birthday party day.  We will absolutely be using Fraser Valley Party Rentals again, and I will be telling all my friends about you.

The kids all had a great time.  Even the youngest (17 months) couldn't get enough of the bounce castle.  The family thought it was a great idea, so I am sure we will be in contact again. Your staff were great by the way.  They were friendly, courteous, well informed, direct...but didn't make you feel like an idiot (LOL), professional, and joked around with us as well.  Thank you for making sure everything went smoothly for us.
